GLS MBS is a fully managed service solution for remotely monitoring and managing complex storage environments and infrastructures. Our customers receive proactive management and monitoring of system availability, utilization, performance, backup and restore events, resources, and capacity - without additional staff, 24-hours per day. By continually tracking systems activity and trends, GLS provides threshold and alert notifications across the backup-and-restore infrastructure.

GLS services are supported by our 24x7 Operations Center. Using proven tools and procedures the Operations Center proactively monitors, notifies tracks, escalates, and troubleshoots backup-and-restore system errors.
